Placer Gold Design jewellery is custom manufactured and sized to your specifications. We can custom manufacture a setting to your specifications allowing the buyer to request specific gems. Please note that pricing would be adjusted accordingly.
e.g. You see in our online gallery a design ring you desire, but it is shown with a Sapphire and you would prefer to use a different gemstone, we will give you a price quote based on your design specifications and selection of gemstone.

Shipping:
Placer Gold Design orders are shipped accordingly and trackable. All orders are shipped using Fedex, UPS or Canada Post.We track each shipment until it is received and signed for. If you receive your parcel/package and it shows visible signs of damage or tampering, make sure you have the delivery person file out a damage report and notify us immediately.
At the time of your order, Placer Gold Design will also include the cost of shipping for your order, as per your delivery request.
Buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
Local pick-up of item(s) is available.
Return Shipping Requirements:
Liability for the Safe Return of any merchandise is your responsibility. As we strongly recommend that you ship your return fully insured with trackable delivery only!
We ask that you package your return item(s) in the same manner in which you received your item(s) from Placer Gold Design.
All return item(s) will be fully inspected when we receive the item(s) for damages, alterations and too insure the original item(s) was returned.
If your return item(s) has damage or alterations and/or does not even match the description of the original item(s) you purchased, Placer Gold Design will not honour a refund or a credit, as the item will be returned back to you.
Placer Gold Design strongly believes in customer satisfation and any item(s) returned for a refund or credit, will be discussed directly with Mark Castagnoli, president of Placer Gold Design.
Repair, Checking and Tightening Policy:
